Security is our first priority!!

Making sure your children are safe while in our care is our first priority. If you are being led to work with children ages infant to eighteen, you are expected to be a member of FBCIT, complete an application and sign a release authorizing a background check which must be processed before being placed in any position. At FBCIT, we have a computerized check-in system. This system will not allow anyone to pick up your child unless they have the pick up tag. This tag can only be obtained by the parent after they complete the check-in process. There are check-in kiosks located in the entrances to the children and preschool areas. This check-in process provides security for your children while you worship with us.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR DIRECTOR

We love children here at FBCIT and consider it a privilege to provide loving care and Bible learning experiences for preschoolers.

We teach preschoolers about God and His world through age-appropriate, hands-on activities such as books, puzzles, blocks, pictures, nature, home living, art, toys and music. It is a blessing to help preschoolers learn about Jesus, the church, and people at church.

EVENTS

Vacation Bible School

July 19th - 23rd, 6:15-8:15pm
Join us for an exciting adventure on the ranch!! Preschool VBS is designed for 3 year olds through pre-kindergarten. Preschoolers must be 3 years old by July 1st and fully potty trained to participate. Click here to register and/or volunteer to help.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)

1st & 3rd Thursdays, 9:30-11:30am

MOPS is for all moms of infants to kindergarteners. MOPS provides an opportunity to meet other moms and make the journey of motherhood together. MOPS meets every September through May on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 9:30am until 11:30am. Childcare is provided!! Parent/Child Dedication

Twice per year

We have two Parent/Child Dedication services per year. This is a time of acknowledgement that children are a heritage of the Lord and that parents need the strength and wisdom of the heavenly Father in providing a Christian home.

SUNDAY ACTIVITIES

Bible Learning Experiences

8:00, 9:30 & 11:00am
Age-appropriate, Bible learning experiences are provided for birth through 4 years while parents attend Life Groups and the Sunday morning worship service.

Childcare

6:00pm
Childcare is provided for newborns through 4 years while parents participate in the Sunday evening worship service. Childcare is located in the children's area behind the Worship Center.

Preschool Choir

6:00pm
Weepraise is provided for 4 and 5 year olds during the Sunday evening worship service.

WEDNESDAY ACTIVITIES

Party Like A Preschooler

6:15-8:00pm

For children ages 3 years to pre-kindergarten. Join our Wednesday night celebration from June 2nd until August 25th in the Children's Building as we learn about God and His greatness!! You may register on Sundays in the Preschool Department or by calling Julie at 704.882.1005. The first 25 children to register will receive a free Pary Like A Preschooler CD!!

AWANA

6:15-8:00pm
Preschool AWANA is available for 2 through 4 year olds. Two year olds begin in our Puggles class, and 3 & 4 year olds begin in our Cubbies class. AWANA meets September through May each year.

EARLY EDUCATION CENTER

We offer an Early Education Center for infants through 4 year olds. For more information, call Metrolina Christian Academy at 704-882-3375.
