Life Groups are the best way to meet others, grow spiritually, and experience the best of FBCIT. These groups gather weekly for Bible study, fellowship, and prayer, helping you build authentic friendships and live out your faith. No matter your age or stage of life, there’s a group for you!
Each Life Group has its own personality, so we encourage you to visit a few before settling in. Groups engage in weekly study, monthly fellowship, and quarterly mission projects, fostering a strong community that serves and grows together. As you connect, you'll not only deepen your faith but also find opportunities to serve and invite others to experience the same.
On your first Sunday, stop by the Welcome Center and speak with one of our helpful greeters. They will gladly identify a Life Group for you and personally accompany you to the room.
A verse-by-verse study of I & II Thessalonians. Every chapter has something to do with the return of Christ. We will look at the balanced approach Paul takes with the prophetical and practical aspects of His coming. The second coming should not just be a doctrine. Instead, it should be a dynamic reality that drives your life.
Deepen your understanding of core Christian doctrines. Explore reasons to believe in God’s existence, the Bible’s inerrancy, and Jesus’ resurrection. Strengthen your faith and learn to confidently and respectfully share your beliefs with others, guided by 1 Peter 3:15.

After the funeral, when the cards and flowers stop coming and life seems to move on for everyone else, your grief remains—and it can feel incredibly isolating. Even when friends and family want to help, they don’t always know how.
Our grief support group is here to walk with you through one of life’s most difficult seasons. Whether you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you'll find comfort and hope from people who understand. Each session is led by those who have experienced grief themselves and have found healing.
This 13-week group meets weekly, but each session stands alone—so you’re welcome to join at any time. Contact Betsy Kalman with any questions you may have.
